1. Play with compelling rhythms and expressive dynamics. (Part 1-4)

2. Create meaningful strumming accompaniments (that are not always repetitive patterns). (Part 1-4)

3. Understand and make use of the guitar fret-board’s unique geography to create music that is “guitaristic” in order to create new ideas for free improvisation. (Part 2 - 4)

4. Learn how, why and when to use electric guitar and related technology such as looping pedals into your music therapy sessions. (Part 4)
