Current Projects

•    Collaborating with McMaster and Brock Universities to continue Music Therapy for Proactive Wellness Study, currently writing manuscript presenting new data collected from Teacher Training students at Brock University.

•    Developing an online and Virtual Reality Music Therapy platform

•    Working with a publisher and editor, writing a book that will serve for both the Introduction to Music Therapy Course and the general public.

•    Continuing to teach and further develop the course Intro to Music Therapy course that I brought to McMaster University in 2010, it is currently the largest enrolled class (over 5,000 students/academic year).

•    Supporting Music and Mental Health initiatives such as Affirmation Anthems and the Awesome Music Project.

•    Supporting Music and Health research, such as LIVElab, McMaster University

•    Providing mentorship for students interested in music and health research, through the Music Therapy Academy.

•    Attending conferences/events to promote music/ music therapy research and mental health
